FULL AGENT NOTARY

At Steel City Notary, we offer a wide range of notary services to meet your needs. Our experienced notaries are dedicated to providing efficient and professional service. Steel City Notary does not presently offer Full Agent Notary services; meaning we cannot issue vehicle titles, provide or update vehicle registration, or collect taxes on the transfer of vehicles on behalf of the commonwealth. 

It’s important to understand the distinction between a “full agent” notary and a standard notary. While we are working towards becoming full agent notaries, our current status as standard notaries allows us to perform a wide range of notary services. These include, but are not limited to:

• Document notarization: We can notarize a variety of documents, such as affidavits, powers of attorney, and loan documents.
• Vehicle title witnessing: While we cannot issue vehicle titles or registrations, we can witness the signing of a vehicle title in specific circumstances. This includes situations where a vehicle is being donated or sold to a junkyard or a national car scrapping agency like Peddle.

Please note that full agent notaries, while able to perform a broader range of services, including issuing vehicle titles and registrations, are restricted to conducting these services within a physical office setting. They cannot perform these services on a mobile basis.
